3. the edelweiss ->

The owner of the Edelweiss requested a taller top tube, similar to that done on the XOX, so I modified the top head lug in similar fashion.

In essence, the modification consists of brazing an extra ring of steel on top of the lug. Here, the face that will be joined to the top edge of the lug is checked for squareness. The necessary ring of steel will then be sliced off, and brazed on to the lug (see the next photo). Basically simple.
