The dropouts are brazed, and the rest of the torching is set to happen, thanks to this fixture.

In the interest of full disclosure, I have to write that the fork seen here is not the one that ended up on Michael's bike- the brazing of the blades to the crown on this one was unacceptable (frankly, I burned 'em pretty good), which is a shame for all because the parts were really nice and light. The second fork has a different crown, but was beautifully brazed and now you know that I basically built two forks for one bike. Not efficient, but very educational...
