As suggested in the previous photo, this formerly straight fork blade has assumed shape, and soon a new purpose in life. Here the degree of rake (curvature) is being double-checked against the plan.

Once it is as it should be, then one gets to administer the same nurturing treatment to the other fork blade, to exactly the same degree of curvature. Nothing potentially aggravating about that, oh no...
